We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, and most commercial insurances.

We advise that you check your eligibility and coverage with your insurance before you come. If you plan to pay for any service out-of-pocket, you do not need any eligibility check.

DR. DARLINGTON HART, MD

Healthcare Provider
Dr. Darlington Hart, founder and owner, brings over 30 years of medical experience. He completed his residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and is well-respected in the Charlotte community. Specializing in internal medicine, Dr. Hart treats both children and adults. He also offers medication-assisted weight loss and provides Suboxone/Subutex treatment for patients with opioid addiction.

Nurse Practitioner NP
Frances is very compassionate and is bilingual in English and French. She has a passion for female preventive care, ensuring women get their PAP smears and mammograms done on time.

Mrs. Colleen Hart, LMHC-A

Mental Health Therapist
Our in house mental Health therapist Ms Colleen Hart, LMHC-A a graduate of North Carolina Central university is dedicated to the mental well being of our patients and has already built a great reputation as an attentive listener. She formulates therapeutic plans customized to each patient needs.
